Marian and Frank made us feel so welcome, and the view from our window was idyllic. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean, and breakfast fantastic. We could walk to everything we wanted in Doolin, including the town centre and gift shops, the cliffs of Moher trail, and the pubs. Marian also booked dinner for us, and we had a lovely meal with live traditional Irish music. There’s parking on site, making this a great base for exploring county Clare. Best B&B I’ve ever stayed in.

The house is full of lovely, colourful, joyful artwork, and we were so well looked after. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a Nespresso machine and a good bathroom. Breakfast was stellar, with plenty of choice and healthy options. There are good restaurants nearby, and the hosts shared great local tips. The best B&B I’ve ever stayed in.

Marian and Frank were wonderful hosts, and Marian was helpful from the time we booked, replying promptly to emails and helping plan our itinerary and restaurant reservations. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and it’s an easy walk to everything in town. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, with a made-to-order menu plus yogurt, cereal, fruit, homemade jams, pastries, and more. And Bertie the « concierge » took his job seriously, greeting us with endless tail wags and furry cuddles. We had an absolutely wonderful two-night stay at Sheedy’s!

A half day of bad weather was no problem. We were happy staying inside with tea and cookies, looking out at the beautiful scenery. Marian was warm and helpful with local tips, and the room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, clearly made with care. The location sits between the two parts of town, and we walked to the Doolin Cliffs of Moher walking trail. Sheedy's and Doolin were highlights of our trip.

Breakfast is not to be missed. There’s a lovely buffet with scones, jams, fruit, yogurt, juices and more, along with a menu and daily specials. The food was phenomenal and beautifully presented. The little thoughtful touches made the whole place a delight, from fresh water jugs brought in every night and afternoon tea to clean, comfy beds and spotless bathrooms. Marion and Frank are incredibly hardworking and attentive owners. It’s an easy walk to spots around town, with parking right out front. And Bertie, the cutest dog in the world, greets you when you arrive. This was easily a highlight of our three-week trip and my favourite place we stayed. I can’t recommend it enough.
