1 Bedroom Apartment Next To Dublin Castle

We had plenty of space, and the bed was comfortable. We were on the top floor, and the nighttime noise really wasn’t bad, especially for Temple Bar. It’s easy to get around from here and walk to just about anywhere in Dublin. There’s also a lovely tea shop nearby and a great local bar.

The flats are in a lively part of Temple Bar, which suited us, and we loved our stay. Inside, ours was clean and comfortable, with a modern design, thoughtful layout, and lots of storage. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there was a hairdryer and an iron with an ironing board. Although the nightlife outside was noisy, the sturdy bedroom door kept much of it out. You can’t check in until 4 p.m., but luggage can be left in the pub.

We stayed four nights and would happily come back. The location was a favourite, and although the area is busy and lively, we heard very little road noise on the third floor. The kitchen had everything we needed. Just be prepared for a bit of a climb on the stairs with luggage.

My daughter loved the suite and its location, and has already asked if we can stay there again. It was clean and well equipped. We were there for a concert at the Olympia theatre, and the bar staff welcomed us and kindly kept our suitcase until the suite was ready. Then the housekeeper took me up, explained the key fob, and was very pleasant and helpful. It’s a shame I only booked one night. I’ll definitely be back.
