We were finishing a 10-day trip and had an early flight the next morning, so we called to ask about checking in late. Sheila said our room would be ready, and greeted us and showed us in when we arrived. Once she heard about the early start, she offered to leave out a good continental breakfast and made sure we knew where to get coffee. She was such a friendly, helpful hostess. It’s a quiet, quaint place, just right for a last night after a busy trip. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and we slept incredibly well. We only wish we’d had a chance to say goodbye before leaving early. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back in Dublin.

We only stayed one night with our two children, and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was spacious and very clean, with the best bed ever. Sheila welcomed us warmly in the morning, and we had breakfast in our own room. The food was so good, and the kids were delighted. Their favorite was Charlie, the lovely rescue dog. We’re from Ireland, and this is still one of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed in. Thanks so much, Sheila.

The room was lovely, with a spacious bathroom and toiletries provided, and breakfast was delicious. The property and grounds were lovely too. It’s very handy for Dublin airport. We arrived late at night, and Ms. Sheila kindly waited up and gave us a warm welcome. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We forgot to return the key in the morning, but Mrs. Sheila kindly offered to collect it from a shop counter in the village. She and her husband were very accommodating, both when we arrived late without giving them an exact arrival time and the next morning. The room was nice and well equipped, and breakfast was excellent.

Ard Cill is in peaceful surroundings, about a 10-minute drive from Dublin Airport. Sheila and her family are warm and hospitable, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and well kept. Sheila cooks breakfast to order with lovely Irish produce, and it’s so tasty it’ll keep you going till tea time. If you’re after a home from home and the kind of welcome your mammy would give, this is a lovely place to stay near the airport.👌🏻🛫
