The room was comfortable and really quiet, and breakfast had a nice buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful too. It’s a little outside the city centre, but the neighbourhood felt completely safe. There’s a lovely park right across the street and a few good restaurants about a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The airport shuttle is very convenient. I was here for a conference and had a great stay.

The rooms are well kept, and both dinner and breakfast were very good. The warehouse manager was a big help getting our expo goods transported, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. I’ve stayed here for an expo before and came back this time too. It does get a bit pricey during trade show stays.

The room was really spacious and clean, and the sparkling water and ice stations on every floor were such a refreshing touch. Breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious. The 12 checkout was great too. The location worked perfectly for us, close to the airport, city centre, and zoo, with a free airport shuttle running 24 hours. A big thanks to Luis, Yeliz and Elvira at reception, and Cem and Bruno in the restaurant. Their service made our stay special. We’ll definitely be back!

Having air conditioning was such a relief, it’s hard to find in Europe! The room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable. It’s also well located near the airport. We’d definitely stay again.

After a long flight, it was lovely to have a complimentary glass of wine and appetizers in the club. Cerd (James) was incredibly kind and attentive during happy hour and the light breakfast. Our family room had loads of space, and the kids loved the park right across the street. For a family of four looking to stay near the airport, this hotel was a great find. We’re so glad we found it. Thanks for all the kindness and hospitality!
