The complimentary breakfast was nice, and the staff were very friendly. They let us leave our bags before the room was ready so we could go out and explore town. The room was tiny, basically just enough space for a queen bed. Maybe around 300 square feet in total, though I suppose that’s normal in Europe. The shower was laughably bad, with awful pressure and strange controls. Probably fine for a short trip.

Just a three-minute walk from O'Connell Street, and the room rate was very reasonable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean, though the rooms are a bit cramped. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. Some rooms have a shower, but there’s only one shared toilet per floor. I’ll stay here again.

The breakfast was very good and included, and the staff were great, especially the young Polish guy we saw at reception. If you can, ask for a room at the back 👍 Our room was a good size, clean, and nicely presented, with a shower and tea and coffee equipment. The toilet was shared. The old sash windows let in the street noise, though. Secure parking costs extra, but it was well worth paying for.

The main draw is the location: close to the high street, attractions, and transport hubs. You can see that reflected in the price. I stayed alone for one night in late September. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, but small. I think it would have felt too cramped for two people. The shower was disappointing, with hardly any hot water, and there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room. It’s a decent pick if location is your priority. Families or anyone staying longer might be more comfortable in a larger hotel.
