The management made a real difference during my time at Fernbank. Alex was attentive, quick to respond and always glad to help, whether I had a maintenance request or just a question. Her professionalism and friendly manner helped make the apartment feel like home. I lived there for over three years and had a great experience. The community is quiet and well maintained, with the amenities you could want. The apartments are spacious and have modern fixtures and appliances. Common areas are clean and inviting, and I appreciated the security measures, which gave me peace of mind. The positive atmosphere and capable team make Fernbank an easy place to recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home.

I've been at Fernbank for almost two years, and it's been a very pleasant stay. Rent is affordable compared with the rest of Dublin, and I can't think of much they'd need to improve. The staff are kind and helpful, package deliveries from Amazon and elsewhere are handled through a well thought out system, and management puts on regular events that bring residents together in inclusive ways. There's a new facility building in the works, with a gym planned and possibly more. It sounds like things could get even better. Thanks to the whole team for making my stay so comfortable.

The balconies are one of my favorite things about the apartments, along with their spacious feel and lovely modern design. There's a park right beside the complex, nice to look out at, with cute gatherings of dogs from the apartments. Fernbank is also conveniently close to Dundrum Shopping mall and Dundrum Luas stop, with beautiful Irish greenery all around. I've lived here for more than three years. Management has improved a lot over that time, and we feel looked after. The staff remember holidays and special occasions, sometimes surprising residents with cupcakes on Valentine’s Day or pumpkins to carve for Halloween.

The apartments are gorgeous and really spacious, with lots of storage and great quality. Neff appliances, underfloor heating and constant hot water, what more do you need? Management, the Concierge and the cleaning team are all fantastic. Thanks for everything you do.

We moved to Fernbank because it accepted pets and the Luas was five minutes away, which suited the pre-Covid days when we had to go to the office. I've been living here since early 2020. The rent was already very expensive, and soon after moving in we started having lots of problems with the flat. Management didn't seem very responsive or efficient, and their main concern seemed to be getting the rent paid on time. False fire alarms became a recurring issue, about once a month, and management hasn't been able to fix them. The last one was at 2 am. Imagine being evacuated in January in the middle of the night with a toddler. We ended up sleeping in our car. It was very stressful. Is that what Fernbank calls “luxury rent”? It feels like they've stopped investing in the complex. The security guard has been gone for months, concierge staff change very often, and the place is getting dirty. Tenants leave as soon as their 12-month contracts are up, and they seem to be struggling to rent empty flats. They turn lights on to make the buildings look occupied and post fake reviews here, I think, to attract tenants. Do yourself a favor and avoid Fernbank.
