Grand Canal Dock by 5STARSTAY

We were really happy with this hotel and would stay again. The room had plenty of space and was comfortable throughout, and the balcony was a lovely extra with a beautiful view.

Noel makes excellent drinks, ask for him! The hotel was clean and really nice, our room was cleaned daily, and the girls were lovely when we got croissants and coffee in the morning. Having the train so close made it convenient to get into town and out to Bray or Howth. An exceptional hotel.

I really needed the rest, and all these little details helped: the bed was firm but comfortable, the room was very clean and had no odour, and the sheets were smooth and clean. I was on the third floor at the back and it was so quiet. No loud fans either, which I was genuinely grateful for. The room was warm when I arrived, but I could switch off the radiator and open the window, just how I like it. I could also reach the shower controls without getting my arms wet. Most of the negative reviews here seem to be years old. The place and staff are lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. We were in town for a gig at the 3Arena, so the location was perfect, and having parking was a plus. The rooms were ideal, and I loved the Rituals toiletries. Staff at reception and in the hotel bar were so nice and attentive. The bar food was really good, highly recommend it.
