The bed was decent, and there was a locker for your things if you brought your own lock. Beyond that, there was hardly anything going for this hostel. My mate and I stayed three nights, though after the first we already wanted to leave. We stayed on, and I wish we hadn't. There were 17 people sharing a room with no ventilation, and only a flimsy curtain for a bit of privacy. No coat hooks, and no towels for the shower, which makes it pretty useless for tourists or backpackers. A sign had been up for weeks saying breakfast was unavailable due to renovation work. At check-in and during the day there were no staff around, just the cleaning crew, who would get you out of bed at 9 a.m. It feels like the place is run to make as much profit as possible by cutting costs, with little concern for tourists. Honestly, you're better off sleeping on the street than paying for this hostel. It's a disgrace, and I've never had an experience like it. I'd pay a little more for somewhere comfortable where they care about guests. At least this has made me appreciate other hostels more.

Customer service was nowhere to be found. They took 11 days to reply to my email, and then came back with an attitude. There was also construction all over the hostel, even in my room, and the noise early in the morning was unbelievably loud. I really can't recommend this place.

The bed itself was comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful when I could find them. We had two rooms with double beds. The hallways and stairs up to the rooms are quite narrow, so they may be hard for anyone uncomfortable in small spaces or with mobility difficulties. Road noise never let up through our windows, which didn't seal properly, and the boiler for the hot water was very loud. The shower temperature kept changing too. The place is pretty ramshackle, small, and bare bones beyond providing a bed. You'd be hard pressed to find a better price, but don't expect the reception or kitchen facilities you might normally have. They were renovating when I stayed, so some of these problems may be addressed.

Absolutely awful hostel. The door code and dorm code they messaged me were both wrong, so at 4 a.m. I had to wait for someone else to let me in. The beds are tiny and boiling hot. Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend.
