The chips were the best I've had in Europe, and everything was cooked so well. We ordered almost one of everything. I'd go for the oysters, mussels, lobster with chips, claws, and prawns, but skip the bisque. It was such a treat and a memory we'll keep forever. We sat outside and it was chilly, so ask for a blanket in colder weather. Worth the drive from Dublin!

We had a fabulous meal, and the staff made it even better. Laura S mainly looked after us and the kids, and was exceptional, but everyone we interacted with was just as friendly, engaging, and happy. You clearly have a great team and a culture that keeps people so engaged. Not many places manage that.

We came because Anthony Bourdain had eaten here, and it lived up to expectations. My husband got the prawns and I had the oysters from Galway bay. Both were delicious, and the service was great. The place isn't very big, so I'd recommend booking. When we reserved, the only table available was on the front patio. We didn't stay in the rooms.

Local friends brought us to King Sitric during a festive weekend of rugby and St Patrick's. We had a terrific Sunday evening, with great craich, excellent food, and tasty wines. The bisque was divine, the crab was delicious, and even the fish burger was beautifully presented. We may have got a little over-exuberant, and apologize if we affected anyone else's meal. The staff deserve a special mention: helpful, patient, and happy, which made the atmosphere genuinely warm. Great value, a lovely location, and wonderful food and people. Happy to recommend King Sitric.

After hiking, we stopped in and had an amazing time. It's a really nice spot right in front of the pier, with outdoor seating too. The oysters were fresh and so good, and the scallops were cooked perfectly. Best side chips we've ever had. The sunny weather was a bonus!
