Morehampton Townhouse

The room was clean, tidy, and had good facilities, and I slept really well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice too. I stayed one night while in Dublin for mega con Dublin and found the service excellent, with breakfast available to book and a cosy atmosphere. Morehamptom is a quiet, comfortable place to stay, and I’d happily recommend it. I’ll very likely be back.

The reception was very polite when I arrived, and the room, though small, was adequate. There were even two chocolates on the bed, which was a nice touch. I’d booked because it was near where I needed to be the next day and had its own private parking. The kettle only worked if you fiddled with the power button. More concerning, I woke in the middle of the night with foot pain and found a bed bug or tick on the bed. I removed it and checked carefully, but didn’t find any more. The Irish breakfast was filling, though it costs an extra 14.50euro.

The rooms feel luxurious for the price, and the location is great. Reception staff are really friendly. I’d definitely recommend it if you want somewhere quiet and clean.

The property is in a calm neighborhood, but still close to bus stops. It can feel a bit isolating, and a lift would be nice. Still, it was fine overall.
