Motel One Dublin

My wife and I stayed at Motel One Dublin for our 25th wedding anniversary, and Joanna Ciszewska helped make it a special occasion. For nearly two months before we arrived, she was responsive to my emails and calls and went out of her way to help plan something memorable. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. Her care, professionalism and attention to detail stood out. She did more than provide good service, she helped create an experience we will always remember. Joanna is a real credit to Motel One Dublin. Thanks to her hospitality, we'd gladly stay again and highly recommend the hotel. Thank you, Joanna, for making our anniversary so special.

Our three nights here were really comfortable. The rooms are compact, but super clean and quiet. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Dominick. It's very close to Luas, restaurants, shopping streets and culture. You can also register as a member on their website for a discount. I didn't do that this time, but I will next time.

The bar was fantastic, with great service and high-quality cocktails. Shout out to everyone working there while we stayed! Staff around the hotel were friendly and helpful too. One person even helped us get a cab to the airport when we were scrambling for one in a rainstorm. Our accessible room was a nice size, though I imagine it's different from the other rooms. Everything was kept clean, and the rate was very affordable compared with other hotels we stayed at while visiting several European countries. The hotel is in a busy, touristy area, but being central made it easy to get around Dublin, and the tourist sights are fun. Breakfast wasn't really for me because there weren't many protein choices and it was mostly breads and pastries, though it was well stocked.

For the price, the room was good, with a well-made bed, nice bathroom and super clean throughout. The location and price are both amazing, and they were kind enough to let us check in really early. The bar area and breakfast were cozy and very nice. The mattress was much too soft for me, and the pillows were soft too. The TVs are brand new but don't have smart features, so watching anything was impossible. Aside from those issues, everything was outstanding, and I'd definitely come back to stay.
