The rooms are on the compact side, but they’re spotless and smartly laid out, with modern furniture and plenty of storage. I also liked the rooftop terrace and the shared gym and cinema room. The staff were welcoming and helpful the whole time. Rathmines is a lovely base, quiet but only a short walk or quick bus ride from the city centre. Had a fantastic stay at Niche Living, and I’d happily recommend it for a comfortable, convenient visit to Dublin.

The room had everything we needed, and bars and shops were close by in a peaceful neighborhood. Getting to the city centre was quick and easy. It did get uncomfortably warm and stuffy, though, even overnight with the window open. Still, we had a great stay and would recommend the place.

I felt right at home at Niche Living Rathmines, and the staff were all kind and helpful. I only got to join the interesting cooking class because my stay was just 20 of May to 28 of May. There were lots of other facilities and activities I didn’t have time for, so I’m looking forward to coming back for longer.

Small rooms, but they’re packed with amenities, and there are useful shared spaces plus a rooftop deck. The location in one of Dublin’s coolest neighbourhoods is wonderful, and buses run well even late at night. Great value, highly recommend.

I was impressed by how clean and well-kept the apartments were. The whole place felt fresh and cared for, which made it easy to feel comfortable. The staff were a real highlight too, friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. They helped with questions about the facilities and local suggestions. Niche Living Rathmines is in a lively but quiet part of Dublin, with cafes and public transport nearby and city attractions within walking distance. Highly recommended if comfort, cleanliness, and good service matter to you.
