We told them we’d leave a day early because the flat felt unsafe and wasn’t as good as the photos suggested. The main door lock didn’t feel secure, and we felt very vulnerable. Outside, young men were smoking and hanging around by a shop next to the flat, blocking its entrance, and the neighbours felt scary. We’d arranged to check in and collect the keys between 11 and 11:30 pm, but nobody was there when we arrived. We had to call, then wait 30 minutes outside at night while the person on call dealt with an emergency. The washing machine was blocked by a previous tenant, so we couldn’t get our clothes out. It took 1.5 hours for them to send a technician to fix it so we could leave. Customer service was terrible, and they didn’t refund the night we didn’t stay. Avoid. Zero safety.

Don’t book this place. We paid €98, then were charged a security deposit after booking, so the total came to €198. They said they’d return the deposit within 7 days, but after three weeks of trying, we still hadn’t got it back. There was hair all over the bed, so we removed the sheets and slept on the bare mattress. The apartment smelled strongly of urine. We stayed just one night and cleaned up before leaving, but they still kept the deposit. This place isn’t worth the money. Check the reviews before booking and save yours. Complete scam, bullshit apartment.

We had six people in the two-bedroom apartment, using a sofa bed as well, and there were two bathrooms for our three nights. The location was central and the price decent. Unfortunately, only one bathroom worked during our stay, and they couldn’t arrange a plumber in that time. They did help by bringing extra blankets and apologized for the bathroom trouble. Nothing special, but perfectly adequate.

The location is convenient for tourists and for finding food and drink, and the other people staying in the building were great. The services themselves were nonexistent, though, and the remote didn’t even have batteries. Outside the "hotel," there were smokers from the casino two or three doors away, kids setting off fireworks dangerously close by, and a few drunks and people with unmet social needs at night. If you’re wary of staying somewhere with low security, this isn’t for you. I wouldn’t say it’s actually dangerous, but it could feel intimidating to some. The place may suit you if you never need to open the window and you’re deaf.
