The cafe food was delicious, and they can pack you a lunch if you're short on time. My room was spotless, everything worked, and the building felt modern. It's a small room, and I found the color controls for the mood lighting fun but confusing. The location was handy too. A bit of the first-floor hallway smelled faintly of cigarettes, but the service was phenomenal and I had a perfect stay.

We got in before check-in time, but the staff had everything sorted quickly and were really kind and helpful. The room was small, though very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It's a short walk from O'Connell Street and the major shops. I'd stay again for a short visit.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including warm pastries and muffins, scones, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Booking directly gets you 10% off with breakfast included, and you can choose your room closer to arrival. Since we booked two rooms, we were able to pick ones next to each other. We arrived an hour and a half before check-in in the pouring rain, and both rooms were already ready, which was a lovely touch. Check-in through departure went smoothly. The rooms felt cozy for our one-night stay, with smart use of space, modern touchscreen controls for the heating and lights, and customizable mood lighting. There were USB ports, plugs, a kettle, free Wi-Fi, and a hair dryer. The bathroom had Dove shower gel and hair products. The hotel is centrally located, about a five-minute walk from The Spire on O'Connell Street. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location was extremely convenient, and the staff were reasonably helpful. It's a basic, clean hotel on a quiet street, but the rooms are small and the air conditioning didn't work. If room temperature matters to you, check the mini split as soon as you arrive. Breakfast was advertised as free, but I was charged for it, and the breakfast staff were very pushy.
