My friend and I are both pensioners, and we had booked 12 nights. We arrived late from the airport and had nowhere else to go, but the place looked so bad that we asked for clean towels and sheets. It was very dirty, and we had to lay the sheets on top of the beds and sleep fully clothed. There was blood and urine on the mattress, a plug socket hanging dangerously off the wall, a wardrobe with its back panel coming away, and filthy windows. When we asked for fresh towels for after we went out to eat, we were told they couldn’t leave them in the room because they had no other key. We wondered how they could clean or change the linen, then were told there was no service. Were we expected to use the same towels and sleep in the same sheets for the whole stay? When we left the next morning, they said they would keep part of the money we’d paid, over 100 euros for one night. This place needs a health and safety inspection!
