Rita made our week at the Seaview so enjoyable. She's a lovely, friendly person who really goes out of her way for guests. There were three of us in two rooms, each with private facilities. The guest house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, and the Irish breakfast was so filling it kept us going all day. We were in Dublin to see family and will definitely stay at the Seaview again. We loved it. Thanks so much, Rita, you're a star!

Rita was so welcoming, and her breakfast was amazing. Seaview is in a nice spot, just a short walk from the train for a quick ride into Dublin. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

The house is in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking, and getting the bus into the town center was easy. You can also take the bus to Howth for a day trip, which I'd highly recommend. My daughter and I stayed three nights at Rita's B&B and felt very comfortable. Rita is lovely and genuinely cares about her guests. The rooms were a bit small, though no bigger than the ones we'd had at other B&Bs, and they suited us just fine. The beds were very comfortable, and there was tea and hot chocolate on a tray. Breakfast was the best of our whole trip, with lots of variety and everything fresh, including the scones. We wholeheartedly recommend the place. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, Rita!

The host was very kind and happy to share information about excursions. The house is well maintained, and the room was clean and well disinfected. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend.
