The house was a good size for a group of friends visiting Dublin, and the location was good, but it was filthy and badly needed a deep clean. We took pictures and sent them to you to explain that it needed cleaning. We weren't asking for a discount or refund; we'd had our stay and wanted other people considering a booking to know about the cleanliness. We still enjoyed our weekend and cleaned the shower, sink, and toilet ourselves. Since we weren't there much, we didn't get in touch during the stay, as that might have meant cleaners coming in and disturbing us. This review is just my opinion, not an attempt to get money back. You've responded by getting defensive instead of looking at the property and fixing the problem.

Doug, the owner, is very kind. The apartment was clean and really nice, close to downtown, and had everything we needed.

The house had everything we needed, and it was a very quiet place near the town center.

I lost all my money because of the cancellation.
