The Charles Stewart Apartments

I haven’t stayed here, so I can’t rate the accommodation from personal experience. What I do know is that at least some rooms are used as emergency accommodation for homeless people. A friend told me the accommodation and the area aren’t safe. I don’t know how unsafe it is, but I worry about my friend. It’s a shame the property is represented differently online. The Charles Stewart Accomodation Service should be open and direct about what it is, what it provides, and who it serves. Clear information would also make it easier for people to engage and help improve the service. If it really is unsafe, there should be social outreach workers, private security, and regular Garda checks to protect vulnerable people using the service. People at the bottom shouldn’t be forgotten. Help them.
