A date mix-up with my booking had me convinced we’d be scrambling to find somewhere else, but the staff at The Dean Hotel put us at ease as soon as we arrived. They were calm, understanding, and kind, and sorted everything out without making me feel awkward or stressed. Every person we spoke with was warm, patient, and eager to help. They were professional but still personable, and made it feel like they cared about our stay. We were in town for a concert at the 3Arena and spent last weekend there with my partner. The hotel had a great atmosphere, and because the team looked after us so well, a situation that started in a panic turned into a relaxed, enjoyable weekend. We left grateful for how they treated us. It made a lasting impression, and I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a good vibe and a team that goes above and beyond.

The rooftop bar, Sophie’s, was a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the city view. The shower was brilliant, too. The shampoo and conditioner smelled amazing and left my hair feeling soft and fresh, a proper treat for one night. I was in Dublin for a business night at Dean Dublin on Harcourt Street. As a Limerick blow-in, I liked being right in the middle of the city. The hotel has a slick, fresh feel and a lively atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

We held our civil wedding ceremony at The Dean Hotel in September, and the whole experience was exactly what we hoped for and more. GM Dave and the events team were warm, professional, and incredibly flexible, making the planning feel effortless. Everyone’s hospitality was outstanding. The venue felt upscale but cosy, with a welcoming atmosphere that made the day special and comfortable. We stayed overnight, and our room was beautifully designed, quiet, and a lovely place to unwind after such a big day. The food after the ceremony was fantastic, and breakfast the next morning was just as good. We’d happily recommend The Dean Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, intimate venue with genuinely brilliant service. Five stars.

Breakfast was a highlight: lots of choice, and everything came quickly and piping hot. We left full and ready for the day. The GM, Dave, met us that morning to check that everything had been to our satisfaction, which I really appreciated. We were staying at The Dean Dublin for a concert last November. We arrived a little early, but the team got one of our rooms ready right away so we could leave our bags and settle in. Dinner at Sophie’s Rooftop was perfect for a catch-up with the girls. The views were stunning, the food came quickly, and the staff’s recommendations were helpful. The cocktails were delicious, and our waitress kept our water glasses topped up and checked in often. The rooms were fantastic. As someone who’s always cold, I loved finding a hot water bottle in the room after forgetting to bring my own. The bed was comfortable, and the adjustable heating made the room snug. Thanks for a fantastic stay, we’ll definitely be back! 😊

Naira at the front desk was amazing when I got sick and had to extend my stay. She was understanding, helped me rebook in the same romo so I wouldn’t have to move, offered to call a doctor, and brought me water through the night. The rest of the service was average, standard service. The Dean, Dublin had a distinctive style, with bold colours and vintage pieces that gave it a great vibe, rather than the feel of a typical hotel room. My main issue was the location: I didn’t know there was a nightclub only 2-3 minutes away, and blasting music played every single night until maybe 3 in the morning, so be prepared for that. I was visiting Ireland for my birthday. It’s a beautiful country with lovely nature and atmosphere and kind people. The food wasn’t my favourite, but I’m glad I got to experience it.
