Having an apartment made our family trip much more relaxed than staying in a hotel room, with a kitchen and washer/dryer for the convenience of home. We were there with a toddler, and Premier Suites had a crib, diaper caddy, child's bath, highchair and gift bag waiting when we arrived. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the apartment was clean and in excellent working order. It's a bit outside Dublin, but only half a block from the Luas, which goes straight downtown in 20 minutes. The trip was worry-free.

The two-bedroom apartment was beautifully presented and had all the amenities we needed for our three-day stay. Customer service was excellent, and I'd highly recommend booking. We also recommend ordering a welcome pack. The Luas line is at the bottom of the road.

I felt safe on my own during the several weeks I stayed here while my husband was in the Beacon hospital. The apartment had everything I needed for a longer stay, and the staff were kind and very helpful. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the hospital, with shops and cafes nearby. I hope next time I stay here, my husband will be with me so I can show him the lovely place I stayed.

The two-bedroom apartment had plenty of room for a family or several people, with two bathrooms and generous living and kitchen areas. But we won't stay again because of the repeated problems and poor communication. I had to ask for payment details before they would send after-hours check-in instructions, which never arrived anyway, so I called on arrival day. I also had to call after hours about parking. On the first and third nights of our four-night stay there was no heat or hot water, and we had to take cold showers. When I said I was tired of calling or visiting their office, especially about the heating again, they said it wasn't their responsibility because an engineering company handles the system. I disagree, they still need to provide a heated apartment. The first night was also hard to sleep through because of a very loud fan or exhaust noise. They came and disabled it for the remaining nights. I've stayed in all kinds of lodging, and this place took far too much effort to consider again.

We chose a suite for the extra space compared with a hotel room. In summer, it was hard to sleep at night without air conditioning. They emphasize being green, but I couldn't find any recycling bins.
