On my second stay here, I’m already looking forward to coming back for another visit and my Guinness Zero. Jimmy, Natalia and Brendan were wonderful, and the customer service was among the best I’ve experienced. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The hotel is immaculate, stylishly furnished and has a good atmosphere. My room had a view, and the surrounding area has everything you might need. The food was very good without over-the-top prices. This hotel really is in a class of its own.

The music and atmosphere at the Irish Party were great, and we had a good time. I’d expected a bit more interaction, like being taught some dancing, but we did learn a lot about the different old Irish instruments and how they work.

The location worked well for what we needed, but the room and the place itself felt very old. We only stayed one night. The pillow was very hard, and the mattress was poor quality, with springs I could feel. Whenever my wife moved, the whole mattress shifted, and the bed was very noisy.

It’s a lovely place, and the staff are sound. They really keep things going. I did notice a few management issues, though, with staff taking on tasks that seemed outside their roles. I’d like to see the team looked after much better.
