The staff made us feel very welcome, and the hotel is in a safe, convenient area with cafes and pubs less than a three minute walk away. Temple Bar is about a 10 minute walk, and Saint Steven’s park is even closer. Our room was warm and comfortable, with pretty much everything we needed. The shower was one of the nicest I’ve seen in a hotel, and there was an espresso maker in the room. The beds and pillows were great. You ring the doorbell to get in and the concierge lets you through, which felt very safe.

Our room was much larger than I expected, and the location was great. The service and facilities were fantastic, and the staff were friendly. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Dublin.

I spotted a small stain on the bedsheet when I first went into the room. Reception took care of it right away. The lovely woman from accommodation was very apologetic that her colleague hadn’t met the standard they’d been trained to deliver. The staff here are amazing.

The street facing windows were fairly basic, so at times we could hear some noise. It wasn’t a major issue, though. I also would have liked a small minibar or fridge in the room. Even so, my partner and I had a wonderful week at the Leeson Inn in Dublin. It’s modern, attractive and impeccably clean, with a central location in a pleasant, clean area and excellent public transport access. The staff were always friendly, respectful and attentive, and we enjoyed chatting with them. We can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.
