The apartments are a great place to live. The management company responds quickly, and Garry, the caretaker, is dedicated, cheerful, and always ready to help. Some apartments have amazing views over the water. The company managing the parking spaces was a disaster in 2022, though hopefully that gets better.

I stayed in a well-kept one-bedroom apartment for just under two months and had no complaints. It had good insulation and looked out over a canal that was always busy with Viking tour ferries, kayaks, punts, and sailing boats. Swans and seagulls made the view even nicer. Buses and the metro are well connected from here, and the tram is a short distance away. Marketing can also be reached from very nearby.

It's a pleasant, homely complex with plenty of sunlight and a lovely canal view. Some homes feel a bit old depending on their furnishings, but the complex itself is quite nice.

The water view was good, but the rooms didn't feel worth what we paid, and the centre of town was quite far away. We stayed for three days, and the showers weren't working properly.
