There isn’t much choice for food in the village, though nearby Dundalk has plenty of options. We were a group of twelve and had lots of room in this lovely big house. Check-in was early, and the landlady was lovely. I’d recommend the place for large groups.

Just what it says it is: a nice, clean room and friendly hosts who make you feel welcome. The shared showers and toilets were clean. You can cook your own breakfast in the morning, though I didn’t have time to try it.

We spent a nice weekend here for a family Birthday. The hostess was lovely, and there were rooms for everyone. There was even enough space in the house for two college students to study and work. My only criticism is the many changes in floor height, which aren’t ideal late at night.

Our host Maurid (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) was fantastic and very accommodating. We were on a family trip, but most of the group was delayed and only two of us could make the reservation. At the last minute, she let us change it so we only needed rooms for two. The late arrivals were picking us up, and she also said they could use the Airbnb food. She was friendly and cordial too. We sat and chatted several times on the night we arrived and again the next morning. A fantastic host and a fantastic time!
