Seacliff Holiday Homes

We stayed in number 12 at the end of April. The house was clean and in a good location, but felt tired and poorly equipped. There was no hot running water from the taps, only in the shower, and we had to buy a frying pan, towels, and other things we needed. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock either. It was a poor experience.

We’ve just come back from two weeks at Sea Cliffs, staying in number 4. The sea views were beautiful, and the place was clean and comfortable. Maria, the Manager, was so friendly and helpful. We loved it and will be back.

The houses are lovely, in a beautiful resort with a bar and restaurant on site. Maria was wonderful as our contact and couldn’t have done more for us. We’ll definitely return.

At #24 Seacliff, the downstairs toilet leaked from the day we arrived, leaving water on the tiled floor. We followed Tridents instructions and called the on site manager. They gave us towels to contain the leak and said they’d contact a plumber, but it was never fixed during our four night stay. My wife and I kept mopping the bathroom floor. It was a health and safety concern, as well as a hygiene problem, and we worried our children might slip. We needed that bath for our 3 year old son, since he won’t use the only other option, the upstairs en suite shower. My wife is still dealing with customer service and has been frustrated by the lack of action. The buck has been passed repeatedly, and we won’t stay there again.
