Stella made us feel welcome from the start, and the room was spotless, warm, and comfortable. We had a lovely overnight stay for the Roscommon game. It's a peaceful, quiet spot close to the seafront and Salthill, and the location was perfect for us. Highly recommend!

Stella made sure we had a great time in Galway and went out of her way to help us enjoy the city. Our room was bright and clean, the bathroom and shower were pristine, and breakfast was wonderful. We'd definitely stay with her again.

Stella's warm, caring personality made us feel so welcome. She was the best host we could have wished for, and we'd highly recommend the B&B. We stayed in August. Arriving late at night was no problem, and the location was perfect for walking into Galway centre. Our room was very clean, and Stella cleaned it every day. Breakfast was very good too.

Stella was such a delightful hostess during our two nights at Consilio on 10/22/23 and 10/23/23. The four of us from the USA loved the rooms and the delicious breakfasts. She was warm, kind, and friendly, and gave us helpful restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend Consilio and hope to stay there again. The rooms are a little tight, but each has its own washroom. This is a house that's been converted into a bed and breakfast, with an exceptional host who makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Breakfast is made to order, with cereal, yogurt, and fruit on the breakfast bar. Downtown Galway is about a 30-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop just one block from the house. Several pubs and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk.
