The new manager took time to greet us and ask how our stay was going, and this time there was a much stronger management presence. Service was amazing, with staff who were friendly, efficient, and attentive. The spa is still fabulous, and the new water cooler is a great addition. Our meals were world class. High class, beautifully presented, and exceptional value. I’ve already booked again and can’t wait.

Our room was spacious, stunning, and immaculately clean, with a lovely surprise view of the golf course from the balcony. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the spa circuit was relaxing and fun. The sauna, hot outdoor jacuzzi, rainfall shower, foot baths with bath salts, and relaxation room were particular highlights. Breakfast in the stylish Galleria area was top notch, with very efficient service. We had dinner at Sevens bar, where the food was good, though the service wasn’t great.

The hotel itself is amazing, but the food was awful. We ordered burgers at the Seven bar, and they were dry and tasteless. At €25 each, I expected much better. Neither of us could eat the breakfast. We also paid €120 each for an hour massage. We were asked to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out the form and get changed, which we did, but we were left waiting past the scheduled start time. The massage was then cut short by 15 minutes. A one-hour massage shouldn’t be advertised as an hour and cost €120 when it only lasts 45 minutes.

The spa is out of this world and definitely a must if you visit. The facilities and food are top notch, and the staff are friendly. Our room was spacious, modern, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel was warm and comfortable. This was our second stay for a family birthday, and we’ll definitely be back.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. There was a fancy coffee machine in the room, and breakfast downstairs was good. The lobby is tastefully decorated, service was fast and friendly, and there’s a restaurant and bar downstairs. We enjoyed the golf course views in the daytime. It’s a very nice hotel, just a short drive from Dublin. We stayed one night.
