Sian was a warm and kind host when I checked in, and the room had clearly been renovated recently to a high standard. The cleanliness was impeccable. Before I arrived, the booking communication was great, with useful information sent straight to my phone about local attractions and, especially, taxi details. They've put a lot of thought into making the customer experience smooth, and it really shows. I've stayed at many hotels that tried to provide this kind of customer-focused setup but got it wrong. The Manor gets it right, and it makes a difference. I'd certainly return if I'm in Donegal again. After such a welcome, there's a good chance I will. Thank you.

Sian was great, and we'd definitely stay there again. Our group of 15 spent three nights here, and it worked out well. On the first evening, a local chef prepared dinner and served it to us. It was delicious, and we could all sit down together, which was especially welcome since everyone was tired from travelling. I'd recommend checking that option out. The place is very close to downtown, and some of us walked in for morning coffee. There's a full kitchen. There was some highway noise, though it wasn't too bad. The rooms only had bathtubs, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues. Two people in our group did, but they managed.

There was plenty of parking, and the building itself is beautiful. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Facilities were limited, with no bar or restaurant, and check-in and checkout were automated, with no desk.

We left Donegal Manor feeling refreshed after a lovely breakfast. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and thoughtful amenities helped make our stay relaxing. The decor has a beautiful mix of classic elegance and cozy comfort, so the rooms feel like a carefully put-together home. Its peaceful location is a welcome escape while still making it easy to explore Donegal's landscapes and towns. A real gem.

The staff were friendly, and it's a nice place, but traffic on the road kept disturbing our sleep all night. They need to get triple glazing. I'd suggest asking for a back bedroom, as it might be quieter than the front.
