I was really impressed by how welcoming everyone was. I don’t know their names, but the girl in the dining room and the friendly man at the front desk made us feel at ease and looked after us perfectly. The room was basic, though the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus and tasted great, and the server was lovely. It’s very close to the beach, and they let us use the facilities after checkout while we spent the day there before leaving Lahinch. I’d definitely come back if I visit again.

The bed was very comfy, the bathrooms are new, and lots of renovations have been done recently. Everything was clean, and breakfast was really tasty. The location is great and the service lovely. I’ll be back. Des, from Desmond Tours

Sancta Maria is a lovely find in Lahinch. The rooms were spotless, with newly carpeted floors and freshly tiled bathrooms, and the hotel felt crisp and modern. The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. Breakfast was a highlight, with generous portions, good ingredients and the best brown bread we’d had that day. Don’t miss it! The location worked really well for us: it’s a short stroll to the town centre, around 350 metres from the scenic promenade, and right beside the world-famous Lahinch Golf Club. Vaughans seafood restaurant is also an easy walk away. It’s the newer location, not the original, but just as good for a relaxed evening out. If you’d like a little more room, ask for Room 7. It has a double and a single bed and is particularly well laid out. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

The manager was very accommodating and even helped us carry our bags. We loved our few days here while visiting Ireland. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was great. It’s about a three-minute drive or walk to the shops and restaurants near the beach. Such a cute place, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel!

Thomas was a great host, and we enjoyed the homemade brown bread at breakfast each morning. The hotel is in a really quiet spot, about a five-minute walk from Lahinch. We had a fantastic trip here in September 2025 and will definitely be back.
