Ursula is a gem, full of local tips and recommendations. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed, plus the electric blanket was a nice bonus. The location is spot on, with views of the lough while still being central. We’ll be back, and I’d highly recommend it.

We didn’t hear any noise from the other guests, and the room had all the amenities we needed. The bed was clean and comfortable. It’s a great little place for the price. The owner is upfront that there’s no dining on site, and leaves a handy guide to the town’s best restaurants and coffee shop.

We loved the village and the little garden by the lake. The owner was so welcoming and gave us good suggestions for coffee and a bite to eat. Our room was cute, peaceful, and comfortable, with everything we needed, even a small kitchen. We’d love to return!

The rooms are spotless and well equipped, with reliably hot water and tea, coffee, and milk provided. Ursula runs things very well and is a local legend. The spot by the little inlet is lovely, with local swans and ducks visiting. Great for a short stay or a longer one, but book ahead!

The hosts were exceptional, so friendly and welcoming, with loads of suggestions for places to eat and happy to help with anything. The room was compact but comfortable and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and excellent tea and coffee facilities. On arrival the lane looks like it leads to nowhere, but the setting is stunning, with direct lake access and a lovely garden with patio table and chairs. I stayed one night with my 10-year-old, and we’d definitely come again.
