The breakfasts were the best, all fresh and cooked to order, with plenty to choose from. One morning I had a full Irish breakfast; the next, granola with lovely brown bread, two poached eggs, and sausage. The host was friendly and helped with all the information I asked for. I loved the peaceful setting and the beautiful water view. It’s also a perfect base: as a photographer, I explored Achill Island, Newport, and Westport. A delightful two-night stay, among my best lodging experiences.

Sarah was a gracious host and shared lots of good ideas for getting around the area. Her pancakes were some of the best we’ve ever had. We loved our stay at Mulranny House, especially the breathtaking view of Clew Bay from our room. We drove to Achill Island and took some beautiful pictures. We’ll certainly stay here again when we return.

We had an easy, private entrance and such a peaceful, stunning view. Sarah welcomed us so warmly and made us an amazing breakfast. A cozy, perfect stay. We highly recommend it and hope to come back soon.

Sarah was so accommodating and a wonderful chef. We got to try her homemade pancakes and fresh orange juice, and the view from the bedroom and dining room was incredible. Thank you!
