I live nearby and often stop at Carnegie Court Hotel for a sandwich. The taste and quality are among the best in Dublin, and you can tell how much care “Can” puts into them.

We came back after a while on a lovely sunny day, and lots of people were out enjoying it. There was a great atmosphere, with several TVs showing matches, and the staff were very helpful. A carvery was being served, with lots of nice choices. I think it was €17.95, or €13.95 for a half portion, though I’m open to correction. In the ladies’ (Queens) toilet, I noticed a cubicle with two toilets and a sign saying best friends pee together! There’s a car park attached to the hotel, and it’s wheelchair accessible.

There are lots of comfortable places to sit, and parking at the side of the hotel. The carvery is available, the food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

The staff are really helpful and polite, but the food is the standout. It was easily the nicest carvery I’ve ever had. Even my 7-year-old daughter finished her dinner, which she never does. I travelled from Tallaght to Swords, and I’ll definitely be back.
