The food was great, too. The hotel is right in the heart of town, in an unbeatable spot. What really made it special was how warm and friendly the staff were, and how ready they were to help. They kindly arranged a recliner chair in one of our rooms for a disabled member of our group, which made things more comfortable and easy. A thoughtful, memorable stay.

The staff were fantastic across the board, friendly and willing to help with anything. The food was amazing, from our favourite meal, breakfast, to dinner at Madden's restaurant that evening. The town centre is just a few minutes' walk away. Our spotless room had a bed like a cloud, and we slept soundly without any noise interrupting us. We'd heartily recommend the Clew Bay Hotel and we'll be back.

The rooms were beautifully cleaned, and everyone went out of their way to meet our needs. Justine and the reception, dining, and bar teams made our three-day stay at Clew Bay Hotel memorable, from the warm welcome when we arrived to the hospitality and service throughout. We just got home and will come back. Bridget and friends from Manchester.

Cosy atmosphere, pleasant and helpful staff, and nice food in generous portions. The fish and chips came with onion rings, mushy peas, and tartare sauce. The espresso martini was delicious.

The owners made us feel welcome, and the staff were so helpful. We enjoyed the evening music and the food was excellent, compliments to the chef. We stayed this February and had been here before with friends and my husband. We’ll be back again.
