The rooms were comfortable, though not luxurious, and our place had a couple of annoying issues: the oven fan was noisy and rattled against its cover, and the hob light didn't work, which made the already hard-to-see controls difficult to use. The setting was quiet and had good secure parking. Walking into Youghal is fine, but the return involves a steep climb, so it may not suit someone who's not fit. On the way down from Dublin, we found Kilkenny well worth a stop, especially as it's about halfway. Clonakilty is lovely too.

We loved staying here in Youghal. The holiday homes were very clean and had stunning views, with friendly staff and private parking. There are tennis courts and an outdoor pool, plus weekly BBQs and children's entertainment during the summer.
6/10
The view was nice, but the building felt a bit dated and has three floors with no lift. Dogs aren't allowed, which is a pity, especially with so many cats around.
10/10
The house was exceptionally clean, and the host was fantastic. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The tennis courts were right outside our door, and the location was great.

This was our sixth time here, and the villas are still clean, well kept, and set in well-maintained grounds. Joan and Katerina provide top-notch service. Our kids love the pool and playground, which keep them entertained for hours.
