Ohn-Bar Guesthouse

The rustic apartment design worked perfectly, and the view of the sea of Galilee through the window was magnificent. We had a lot of fun staying there. Highly recommend!

The main drawback is the noise. There are many rooms in the compound; though visually separated, they aren’t acoustically isolated. When guests, especially families with children, spend time in the common area, it can seem like they’re right in your room. The rooms themselves are beautiful, cozy, clean, and have a wonderful view. Everything you need is provided, and there’s a grocery store nearby if something’s missing.

Amirim is so peaceful, it feels like another world, with nature all around and no noise. We took a short hike nearby, then relaxed in the hot tub under the stars, just perfect. I loved sitting on the balcony listening to the birds and taking in the unreal view of green hills. The cabin at Ohn-Bar Guesthouse was clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful little touches. You can feel the care the hosts put in, and everything felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. We spent a weekend there, one of the most beautiful and peaceful places I’ve been. Definitely recommend it for unplugging and recharging.
