The view from the window was beautiful, and the room itself was fairly clean. The shared areas weren't very clean, though, and the carpets were old and dirty. Vegan choices were very limited, and even the breakfast salads were swimming in oil.

I was there on a business trip and would stay again. It was a pleasant enough stay, though I wouldn't call it five star. The room was good, housekeeping was prompt, and most staff spoke enough English to communicate, although I sometimes needed Google Translate to make myself understood. The hotel is a short walk from the port and other restaurants, with a nice view. Breakfast had a good sized buffet and lots of options, but the better items weren't always available, and sometimes nobody could be found to make cappuccinos or specialty coffee.

The room had a great view, which was the best part of our stay. Our upgraded room was what we'd expect a standard room to be, so I can't imagine what a regular one is like. The pool music was too loud, the bathroom sealer was black, and the hallway walls were dirty. Food was passable. It's a shame a hotel in such a great location isn't better.

The staff were polite and friendly, and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We didn't try the other meals, so I can't comment on them. The location was decent, especially with a car, and although parking was a challenge, we always managed to find a spot. Not all rooms face the sea, which frustrated us, and we almost had to beg for extra towels. The bathtub wouldn't drain, and the hotel knew about the issue but didn't tell us. The pool seemed fine, but despite the many religious guests, the hotel wouldn't arrange separate swimming hours. It's okay, but not high end.
