The staff are always around to help, and the location is great. The rooms are the problem: they have black mold. Some have been renovated, but most haven't, so make sure to request a renovated one.

I booked around 10-15 rooms for guests who flew in over the weekend, and I'm really glad I chose this hotel. The team worked directly with me on everything we needed, including setting up tables large enough for more than 40 of us to have dinner together. The hotel was clean, the location was great, and the pool was wonderful. I ended up extending my stay, and I'd happily do it all again. The lively atmosphere with lots of guests made the stay more enjoyable. Thanks to Shannon and Eli for taking care of everything and then some. I'd definitely recommend it to my family in Israel for their occasions.

The mattress sheet didn't reach all the way across.

The WiFi was the biggest problem for me. It kept dropping every 10-15 minutes, making it nearly impossible to work. Staff said IT would fix it, but after I spent 48 hours at another hotel while they tried to resolve it, the connection still wasn't fixed. I also often found nobody in the lounge, and more than once I waited over 10 minutes for someone at reception. On my third night the siren went off, and I had no idea where the hotel's safe spaces were. Staff should make that clear to guests. There’s a lot going for this hotel: a great location, sea-view rooms, very thorough daily cleaning, and a high standard of food at both breakfast and dinner, with a good selection. A few small fixes could make a big difference, and this place has real potential.
