Aladdin Hotel

The building doesn't look like much from outside, but the rooms were a lovely surprise, modern and nicely done. The bed was very comfortable, with soft sheets and a blanket, and the screened balcony was quiet and a good size. There's a fridge, TV, and a nice bathroom with a great shower. Staff were helpful and friendly. No elevator. For the price, it's a great place, with sushi just around the corner and some quick food nearby. I'd stay again if I were passing through.

The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I asked for something, like an iron or directions. They speak English, Russian, and Hebrew, so getting by in those languages is easy. The hotel is small and in the old part of Beer Sheva; that's not unusual for this country. I stayed five days, and my room was cleaned just once. The old sheets and towels still had stains after washing, and the place wasn't very clean. If you expect cleanliness and regular room cleaning, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There are several restaurants within a five-minute walk, and a nice bakery about 30 meters from the entrance that's open 6AM-10PM. The bathroom was clean and there were enough clean towels. Breakfast isn't included, and I'm not even sure they offer it. The hotel was good, though a little expensive in my opinion.

I asked her for her manager's information because she wouldn't help me. When I asked politely again, she said, "I AM THE MNGR." I said there must be a manager above her or an owner I could speak with, but she refused. I work for websites that rate hotels, and apparently she didn't realize that. Because of her attitude, the business will get a LOWER RATING ON MULTIPLE HOTEL BOOKING SITES, WITH HER NAME AND TITLE! "MNGR."
