The host was really nice, and arranging the rental was easy. This is a pleasant guest house with one room, a clean space with a nice bed, toilet, shower, and kitchen. It's in a residential area, and you can park on the street. I'd recommend it.

The yard was a lovely place to sit, and the unit itself was very spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, modern roomy bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, and an entry room that works as a living room. It's quiet on Rotam Street, with street parking, and the price was fair. The air conditioner ran quietly and worked well, and the wifi was fast. I was there for a business overnight stay and enjoyed it. Thank you.

A private, cozy, clean place with kind owners and a nearby yard that's good for hosting. It works for one person or a couple. The appliances were good too, microwave, fridge, and electric stove, all working great.

The owner is pleasant and always there for the customer, and the service is excellent. Our company will keep coming when we need a place. The property is amazing, beautiful, clean, and tidy. Thank you very much.

It's quiet and nobody is hovering over you. The room has all the basics, soap, a towel, milk, coffee, and so on. Just a pity it's far from Beer Sheva city center.
