I've been here for conferences several times, but never stayed overnight, so I can't speak to the rooms. The conference halls are nice and conveniently located. Refreshments are served generously and seem fresh, though most of the food isn't to my taste, maybe it's just me. The bread is great, and the drinks selection, coffee, teas, soft drinks, and bottled water, is just right. A really good venue for conferences and business meetings.

The breakfast and dinner buffets at the Leonardo were delicious, with lots of choices. I'd recommend paying for full board when staying at the Leo. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay. They also had a very sweet kitty who seemed to be in charge.

I only needed one more meal for the rest of the day after the excellent Israeli breakfast included in the room price. The service staff were excellent, too. I used the laundry service, which was prompt and efficient, and the room cleaning was excellent, thanks to a wonderful Gilipina.

We had a great time and really appreciated the warm hospitality. The hotel's central location made getting around the city convenient, and the attentive, professional staff made the experience very positive. The facilities were well maintained, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. The building and rooms do seem a little dated and slightly neglected, though. A special mention to the events manager for organizing the Passover Seder and Shabbat meals so well. They were thoughtfully planned, meaningful, and enjoyable. Updating the rooms would make this an even better choice.
