Club Hotel Eilat

A good family option in warmer weather, with activities for kids and a decent range of food. The staff were cheerful and efficient. Our two neighboring rooms were spacious and comfortable, though they could use some touch-ups, and the TVs weren't the same in both. It doesn't have a romantic feel, but works well for families.

Our group fit comfortably in the roomy suites, which had kitchenettes, and the beach and promenade were just steps away. The kids spent the day in the five pools, and there was evening entertainment too. Breakfast had plenty of Israeli favorites, including shakshuka and salads. The rooms were clean enough and the AC handled Eilat's heat; staff were friendly. It got crowded at peak times, and some decor felt dated, but it was solid value for an all-inclusive weekend.

The room was left uncleaned, and I had to call for fresh towels. On top of that, our key stopped working every day, which was especially frustrating while carrying a sleeping toddler and baby. We were there for four days and three nights with family, but after trying breakfast and dinner once, we didn't eat there again. Even the simplest breakfast items were badly handled. The food was awful, service was poor, and the room was dirty. There are plenty of hotels in Eilat, so I'd skip this one.

Our room took four hours to be ready, and people in other rooms shouted until 2am while the hotel did nothing. The rooms felt like motel rooms and seemed not to have been updated in over two decades. Staff and other people around the hotel were angry and disrespectful. I would never bring my family back here. It was the worst hotel stay and decision for us.
