The owner was very friendly, and our room had plenty of useful things, including towels, satellite TV, a fridge, plates, and utensils. The shared bathrooms were clean and in good condition. There was also a pool, a BBQ stand, a small outdoor kitchen, and lots of seating areas. The price was very reasonable for the season. We had a lot of ants in both the room and bathroom. There was enough parking, but you really need a car to get around from here. It’s also a long walk to the city center or the beach, since the place is in a residential neighborhood.

The host was kind, and the big fridge was good. The apartment was very clean, but it left us with an unpleasant feeling. The equipment was poor, even insulting in places, like shelves made from pieces of old dismantled cabinets. There were no cooking utensils, and the bedroom mattress was very old and uncomfortable. There’s a washing machine in the yard that costs 35 NIS to use, so obviously we didn’t use it. It meets the basic needs of a not-so-spoiled family, but it’s a shame, because a lot more could be done with the place.
