The pool is a real highlight, large, beautiful, and well maintained, and all the rooms look out over it. The rooms were clean, with housekeeping every day, though they were quite small and in my view below what you’d expect of a 4-star hotel. Some rooms weren’t ready on time when our group of friends stayed Wednesday to Saturday, but the compensation felt fair. Service left us disappointed. Each of us had a different problem with the front desk. I won’t go into every detail, but staff often seemed frustrated with us instead of trying to help or find a solution. Breakfast was okay, but noticeably weaker on Saturday, with no proper coffee or made-to-order omelets. Saturday dinner was especially disappointing: 240 NIS per person, very expensive and not worth it for the quality. A mixed stay overall, with nice facilities but poor service and value for money.

The location was the one downside for us. It’s a bit farther from central Eilat and the boardwalk than other hotels nearby, though it’s right beside the Ice Mall. My boyfriend and I stayed at Isrotel Agamim this weekend and had an amazing time.

A quiet spot in the city, within walking distance of the promenade (Tayelet) and the mall. It worked well for families and was perfect for a winter getaway in Eilat. The service was excellent, and the food was good. A perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

The whole team was extremely helpful, and a special thank you to Limor at reception for making our stay special. We loved the great location, comfortable rooms, and amazing breakfast and dinner. I enjoyed the gym and sauna, though the gym equipment needs maintenance. We loved it.

The pool was a bit too cold, so the kids wouldn’t stay in for long. Apart from that, we had the best food in Eilat, a great room with direct pool access that was ideal for our family, and Fani at the kids club was amazing with our little ones.
