The food was varied and good during our four-day stay, and the hotel was very clean. Staff were generally pleasant, the entertainment team was fun, and both the kids and adults enjoyed the activities, though some shows had voice-over. Room service responded quickly, and the bot sometimes helped speed things up. There’s good coffee too. A couple of drawbacks: there’s no free parking on site, and the dirt parking area is between the hotel and Agamin. The no-smoking rule wasn’t enforced around the pool, even with lots of kids there. Poolside space is limited, although there are several sections where you can find a seat. Our room’s shower was cramped and there weren’t enough power outlets. The sauna is free daily from 10:00-17:00. Free drinks, including alcohol, are available 11:00-23:30. You can also get a bonus lunch either on check-in day or check-out day.

The food was really tasty, and the service was great. They asked what we needed, and massages were available for an extra charge. It was a good place to visit with kids. There’s no bidet or handheld personal washing sprayer by the toilet, but toilet paper, shampoo, towels, and a hair dryer are provided.

We enjoyed our all-inclusive stay. The grounds are attractive and well cared for, and the gym has plenty of equipment. The pool looked fantastic, with lots of evening activities as well. Food and service were both very good. It’s right in the city center, about a five-minute walk from the huge Ice Mall, which is an attraction in itself for shopping.

We spent most of our time at the hotel. It has two large pools and a smaller one for little kids, plus free drinks and popsicles during the day. There were different children’s activities, including Masterchef and pool activities, and a nice play in the evening. The meals had a good range of food, and since I’m vegan they made a special dish for me at every meal 😁. The hotel is near the Ice Mall and about a 20-minute walk from the other mall. The rooms are a bit small.
