We couldn’t eat the food because it had no kosher certification. The manager offered to get anything we wanted from a nearby store to make us more comfortable. Whenever we called the desk for something, they took care of it within a few minutes. The room’s Bohemian style was nice, and the pool was sweet. We picked the coldest days of the year, though, so we couldn’t use it much. Service was super-top from the first call, or really after 3-4 calls. Sasha responded quickly and gave us very complete information.

The staff were kind and very hospitable, and the rooms were clean with nice design. There’s no lobby area, which takes away from the atmosphere. The pool could get really noisy. Sometimes they turned up the music for a party feel, while guests ate and drank in the pool and staff didn’t ask them to stop. When we asked for the volume to be lowered, we were ignored, so we had to leave the pool.

The front desk woman was so rude at the Purim party and wouldn’t let me in, even though I had a ticket. I thought Purim was meant to be about happiness, but this place had none of that vibe. It was a terrible first Purim experience for me, and a terrible first experience in Israel. The staff were very rude. If you do coffee enamas and only like rich people, come here.

I enjoyed the DJ party on the roof Friday afternoon, and the Shabbat dinner was fantastic for the price, served a la carte. The team were polite and friendly, and my room was modern and clean. There was an unpleasant smell by the entrance, probably from the flowers. The hotel is next to the club the "Chato", and bass from the music could be heard on Saturday nights. There’s no private parking.
