The bed was okay, and the food was just okay or sometimes not very good in recent months. When eating at the hotel, expect to wait 15 minutes in line, and the pool gets very crowded. They don't provide individual soap and shampoo bottles. You have to squeeze them out of a big bottle, which I didn't like. The experience was just alright. If this comment helps, you know what to do. Have a nice trip.

The rooms were clean, modern and nice, with good WiFi, a decent range of TV channels and effective air conditioning. The lobby and reception were fine too, except for children screaming and playing soccer. Parking was a nightmare. There are hardly any spaces near the hotel, and its own lot is tiny. The meals were a huge disappointment. Dinner was miserable: the dining room layout was bad, there was no consideration for vegetarians, and the noise was unbelievable. If you didn't arrive early, eating was nearly impossible. You could end up standing in line begging for a tiny piece of meat. Children ran around barefoot and screamed, staff shouted into loud walkie-talkies, and the food was very low quality. Breakfast had the same poor layout and low quality, with deafening noise. It felt like eating in the monkey enclosure at a zoo. I really wouldn't recommend this place for a quiet, relaxing family holiday.

The location is a real winner. The hotel is on the marina, and Icemall Mall is less than a ten-minute walk away. Across the road there's a small grocery store with everything, with a huge Ksp store behind it and a red complex nearby with clothing shops, supermarkets, electronics stores and more. The food was great, with plenty of salads and meat as well as different areas for kids. The dining room staff were wonderful and handled every request. The kids' club ran lots of creative activities right by the hour. The pool was a bit cold, which was a bummer. The gym is a little old but fully equipped. There's an indoor parking lot next to the hotel, but spaces are limited and it's first come, first served. Otherwise you can find blue-and-white street parking, but remember to turn on the fango. The Vert Hotel is great.

Helena the Chef took special care of us as a vegan couple, and we felt very welcome. The dining room staff were especially service oriented. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed. The shower was clean and inviting, and towels and toiletries were included. There's also a small safe that fits a small laptop. The balcony was excellent in winter, though in summer you could probably melt out there.
