The spa is a real strength, with professional treatments that include medical, deep tissue, and lymphatic massages as well as standard relaxation options. There is a spacious hammam, dry sauna, saltwater pool, jacuzzi, yoga and Pilates room with classes, and a gym. The common areas are attractive and well kept, and the atmosphere is calm. The hotel has no kids, which mattered a lot to me. Service was consistently strong. Staff throughout were helpful and polite, with Nuriel at reception standing out. The spa desk team were patient and accommodating, and the dining room staff were attentive. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The blanket was a little narrow, but okay. Food was disappointing at both breakfast and dinner. Choices were limited, with few healthy options beyond the salad bar. Apples were the only fruit, and the pastries and bread, which seemed to come from outside, were dry and not fresh. The jacuzzi and saltwater pool often get crowded, and guests speak loudly. Staff don't maintain a quiet atmosphere, so it's hard to truly relax. A clear rule asking for quiet in the spa would make a difference. Around the pool there are only chairs; proper loungers would be helpful for reading or resting. The hotel has a lot going for it in the staff and spa professionals, but better food and a quieter spa would improve the stay.

I visited the spa on 31 January 2026 at 2:30 pm for two treatments booked through the website. The massage was genuinely enjoyable, and the therapist did an excellent job. But the facilities felt dated, and a payment issue overshadowed the visit. I had paid for one reservation in full online and selected to pay for the second on arrival, but reception asked me to make two more payments despite my explanation, so I was charged three times. Afterwards I sent the spa booking confirmations and payment statements showing the overpayment, but initially got no refund or resolution. EDIT: The issue has now been resolved, and I have been refunded.

The food was excellent, and so were the spa and location. The staff were great and always ready to help, and we had a wonderful time. We did get a free upgrade, but there were still problems in the room. The toilet didn't flush properly, so we called a technician three times. The wardrobe's sliding door had come off its track, and the safe needed two visits from the repairman before it was fixed. The blanket wasn't wide enough for the bed. The hotel could use some renovation.

The spa was a highlight, with a clean, relaxing space and a beautiful design. We especially liked the hammam and sauna after time at the beach. The staff were friendly and professional, always happy to help, and their service made a difference. The food was delicious, with lots of variety and good quality at every meal. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sea and sun. We had an amazing stay and would gladly come back.

The spa and its pool were completely overcrowded. Food was just okay at best, and not suitable if you want healthy choices. The rooms had tiny windows, no balconies, and were poorly maintained. They were stingy with towels and bathrobes, elevators got congested, and there was no body lotion in a spa hotel room. A bright spot was Ayman, the woman making cappuccino in the morning. She was simply outstanding, with a great smile and great coffee.
