Accommodation Units The Mansion Had Nes

The place is nice, but the service was really awful. We had to wait over an hour after arriving because the owners hadn't coordinated things, and they treated us badly. Lots of small essentials were missing, including enough blankets, toilet paper, and soap. Whenever we asked for something, it felt like they were doing us a favor, and sometimes they didn't answer the phone at all. The TV had no channels either. I really don't recommend it, the service was terrible.

For what we paid, it wasn't worth even a fifth of the price. The place was unmaintained and unclean, with very basic rooms and service below all criticism. They brought towels on Thursday, then ignored our three requests for more. There was no hot water in the shower. The small pool wasn't maintained and wasn't filled with enough water. There wasn't suitable garden furniture, so we had to sit on dining chairs.

We came as five families with children of different ages, and everyone found something to do. Moti and Tzipi's place is amazing, with everything we needed: a clean, large pool with a view, lovely seating areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a jacuzzi, a snooker table, and a TV corner by the pool. The rooms were clean and cozy too. Moti is a wonderful, charming host who welcomed us warmly and took care of everything. There's no one like him. We'll definitely come back next time.

The girls and I loved the huge, heated indoor pool, especially in winter. The yard is beautiful, and the view is hard to describe. Beyond the rooms, there's a kitchen with just about everything, and we really enjoyed eating there. We needed Moti's help with something, and he went out of his way for us. Thanks so much for the hospitality. We'll be back.
