Chill Out Exclusive Suites

The jacuzzi was the only part that seemed reasonable. We came as a group of soldiers to celebrate a birthday and expected to enjoy the pool and the atmosphere, but ended up just trying to cope with the cold. It’s hard to understand what we paid for, and we absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place. After a long drive, we tried the pool, but the water made it hard to breathe and our eyes burn, so we got out immediately. The indoor pool area smelled so strongly of chemicals that it felt impossible to stay inside. Several of us felt really unwell, and we seriously thought about calling an ambulance. I can only imagine how worrying that would have been with small children there. The water was cold despite being promised a heated pool. There were other problems too. Insects kept getting into the pool, kitchen pots were greasy and looked like they’d been put away without washing, and the shower water was cold even though we’d been told otherwise. When we tried to reach the owner, she didn’t answer for a long time, and we called several times before she picked up. We didn’t feel she cared much about what we were reporting. The workers only showed up at 11:00 PM to arrange the pool lighting, and that still wasn’t taken care of. Very disappointing.

During an attack from Iran, the owner refused to let us into his room, saying it was too small for us. He didn’t offer us an interior room in his house either. Disgusting attitude. The place was also very neglected and poorly maintained.

The jacuzzi didn’t work, and there was nowhere to wash dishes, so the weekend was already disappointing. We’d wanted to cook over the fire, but the barbecue was dirty and neglected, so we gave up on that too. We also couldn’t get any help from the owners, despite trying their phones several times. Overall, the service and maintenance fell short, and there wasn’t even basic attention to guests. We won’t be back and can’t recommend it to anyone. We stayed Friday through Sunday.

The rooms are nice but feel worn and need investment, and the shower is small. There’s a large jacuzzi, but the shared area doesn’t feel luxurious. The complex is old and not maintained well enough. On our first day, there was no service at all.
