Resort Hotel Hadera

The staff are genuinely great and nice, and the hotel itself is pretty nice. Cleanliness is the problem. Dust and crumbs turn up in the other areas, and the rooms stay dirty too. They make the beds, but the floors remain dusty even after repeated requests to clean them. The showers have dark buildup and seem to drain poorly, so we call them flipflop showers.

After walking along the beach, we had a sandwich and a decent coffee. I just wish that constant beep coming from a cupboard in the cafe would stop.

The place worked for getting ready near the wedding hall, but we left disappointed. They charged extra for a bridal package that added very little, just a few small bottles of drinks and cheap champagne. Our room wasn't very clean, and nobody cleaned it during our 3 nice there. The service was terrible. There were some lovely photo spots, including the beautiful lobby and the room's amazing view. The room was also very big. Breakfast was okay, though the choices were very limited.

For a busy week in August, the atmosphere felt calm. We stayed three nights on a bed and breakfast basis at Jacob Resort Hadera in the second week of August 2025, and there was no crowding at the pools or in the dining area. It was a pleasant alternative to Eilat's packed hotels at that time of year. The hotel made a real effort to keep children busy. There's no official kids' club, but staff arranged activities throughout the day, which we appreciated. The location was convenient too, with Village Mall Hahof nearby and plenty for kids to do around the area and in the city. The hotel is stylish and modern, with lovely design and decor. The outdoor pool was closed, but they sent us about six or seven notices over the month and a half before our stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool, which stayed open until 10 p.m. The spacious, nicely designed rooms could use better upkeep, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast had a fairly wide selection, but much of it seemed dry. Our room and pool access cards also kept failing and needed to be reset.
